Here is a healthy desert option that is extremely easy to prepare, and contains lots of antioxidants and healthy fats.
Ingredients:
2 ripe avocadoes
2 tablespoons clover honey
2 tablespoons cocoa or carob powder
1 tablespoon vanilla extract
Directions:
1. Add ingredients in a food processor or blender and mix thoroughly
2. Serve topped with cacao nibs, or sliced almonds
