Ingredients
- 1 avocado (chopped)
- 1-1/2 cups of chopped frozen pineapple
- 1 scoop whey protein or hemp protein powder
- 1-3/4 cups coconut milk
- 1-2 tsp fresh lime juice
*Fresh pineapple can be used instead of frozen. If you go this route, just add a couple of ice cubes.
Directions
Add all ingredients to blender, and blend on high until a smooth consistency is reached.
