Our certified organic blueberry powder is milled from organically grown high-bush blueberries picked in British Columbia, Canada. It contains no artificial flavours, colors, preservatives, or other filler ingredients. One serving of powder is equivalent to a full cup of fresh blueberries!
Q: How is it dried?
A: This product is vacuum-dried (AKA low-thermal dried). This process is very gentle on the product and differs from freeze-drying.
Q: What is the difference between your organic blueberry powder and raw wild blueberry powder?
A: Our organic blueberry powder is milled from B.C.-grown organic 'high bush' blueberries, whereas our wild blueberry powder is wild Nova Scotia-grown 'low bush' blueberries.
Q: What is the recommended serving size?
A: 1 Tablespoon (approximately 9-10g), which is equivalent to 1 cup of fresh blueberries.

Q: Does it mix well in water?
A: This is a whole blueberry powder with no additives, so it is not soluble in water. You can mix it in water, but it will be a thick consistency.

A: Anthocyanins are water-soluble pigments found in abundance in blueberries which have been shown to have tremendous health benefits.

A: Yes, as blueberries naturally contain low levels of sugar.
Q: Does it require refrigeration?
A: It can be stored sealed in the pantry, however, cooler temperatures will help preserve nutrient levels.
The blueberries are picked using hand-held berry rakes, then sorted, cleaned and processed, vacuum dried, and milled into a fine powder. Vacuum drying is a low-temperature process that helps maintain nutrient and antioxidant levels.
