It's easy and extremely satisfying.
You'll need:
- A few Green Plantains
- Coconut Oil (organic, extra virgin, cold-pressed, unrefined is best)
- Sea Salt (and/or other desired seasonings, if you so wish! But sea salt is just dandy.)
