Looking for a taste of the tropics to start your morning? Here is a very healthy smoothie recipe that is sure to keep you full until lunch. It contains a nice balance of protein, carbs, and healthy fats.

Ingredients
*Fresh pineapple can be used instead of frozen. If you go this route, just add a couple of ice cubes.
Directions
